Established in 1982 by Alejandro and Norma Morales, Las Fuentes Mexican Restaurant embodies resilience and passion. Alejandro's journey in hospitality began in 1969, navigating various roles from dishwasher to bartender and manager. After a brief period of unemployment, his career in restaurant management faced a setback. However, his determination led him to invest in a food truck in 1980, driven by a strong desire for culinary independence.

With Norma's support, they served the community for two years before opening Las Fuentes Reseda on October 6, 1982. What started as a food truck venture grew into a beloved restaurant known for authentic Mexican cuisine and warm hospitality. Las Fuentes remains family-owned today, as Alejandro, Norma, their children, and family continue to run and operate their various restaurants in the San Fernando Valley. As the go-to destination for fresh authentic Mexican cuisine in the valley, Las Fuentes is a testament to the Morales' dedication and commitment to their vision of serving their community.
